    What Happened
    On 18 November at approximately 2:00 PM UTC, a global Cloudflare outage briefly prevented several Starboard services from restarting correctly. As a result, all customer-facing services were unavailable for roughly 30 seconds before recovering.

    Impact
    During this window, Starboard was temporarily unreachable. In the surrounding period, some services were running with reduced redundancy, which may have made the platform feel slower than usual. Everything has since stabilised, and we are reviewing improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.
