Our upstream provider resolved the issue affecting AIS satellite data between 16:06 and 19:55 UTC. We are now receiving a complete feed and vessel positions and tracks should be displaying normally. Thank you for your patience.

The upstream data provider Spire is working on a fix. See https://status.spire.com/ for more details. Terrestrial and Dynamic data sources remain unaffected and are operating normally.

Since 26 Oct 16:06 UTC, we have been receiving reduced AIS satellite data from one of our upstream providers. Vessel positions sourced from satellite AIS may appear delayed or incomplete. Our team is in contact with the provider and monitoring the situation closely. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.
