Our upstream provider resolved the issue affecting AIS satellite data between 01:00 and 02:00 UTC. We are now receiving a complete feed and vessel positions and tracks should be displaying normally. Some vessel positions may take a short time to recover to full accuracy. Thank you for your patience.

Since 01:00 UTC 1 November 2026, we have been receiving reduced AIS satellite data from one of our upstream providers. Vessel positions sourced from satellite AIS may appear delayed or incomplete. Our team is in contact with the provider and monitoring the situation closely. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.
